Started as an outlet to relieve peer pressure a,d stress from school and work, as time passes goals changed.

I wanted to fell comfortable with the people around me, remembering those days. working during summertime i stumbled in a place where a small gym with a glass window and Arnold's life size picture in front of it.

looking at the reflection of myself at the mirror and comparing it with astonishment to the stranger i've met on that day for the first time, i told myself," I can do it!" and that changed everything.

It may sound cheese, but i always go for the 3D's discipline, dedication and determination.
