I always used to like sports. Hmmm now I think about it, not always but at least from the age of 10+! My first attachment was BMX, and after that football. I started working out in the GYM at the age of 17 when I was about to enter the University. The demands of playing in a football team didn't get along with my studies so, I took the difficult choice (I still love football) to quit my football team and start working out as a mean to remain active, although in the first year when I entered the university I stopped all physical activities! After many months of only studying, eating and playing video games I lost all visible signs of being athletic. I decided to start again the GYM to remain at least thin and healthy. After some time exercising I really liked the fact that I could eat a lot and not look like crap, so my basic motivator for exercising hard in the GYM was to be able to eat whatever I like! After spending many hours in the gym, after a point I was totally hooked, I did not have an exceptional body but I liked working out and I really tried to do my best to improve the way I look. I was exercising 7 days per week and my workouts were around 2h long! After years of training I rarely had any result (apart from being thin & healthy) and I was still wondering what I'm doing wrong! Finally after reading, asking and experimenting, I realized that eating everything was not good for building muscle and also not resting at all was also not good! So, I changed! I'm still trying to find the best nutritional & workout plan to get the most and I think I'm only in the beginning! I have a lot to learn but I really like the procedure and I don't plan on quitting unless really serious things happen to my mind & life! Until then I plan to be the best I can!
