I never lifted in high school, I started out at a small junior college (Westmoreland County Community College) with limited equipment, then I eventually joined several gyms then I found the one that was right for me. Now I work for that gym. I am currently doing most of my weight training at Heron Hall at California University of Pennsylvania, where I met a lot of inspirational people. I commute every other weekend to work/ workout at my home gym, which is Latrobe Athletic Club.
Bodybuilding is basically a job, lets face it, but its by far the most rewarding job I ever had, and probably ever will have. I love looking back at my high school pictures and looking at myself now I'm a completely different person, people I graduated with don't even recognize me. It's more than that though, I feel healthier on the inside, and I have more energy throughout the day. Also I have met a lot of awesome people along the way and they are a large part of helping get to where I am today.
