I started by running and it was very fascinating to see how fast I could go. Then I took up on swimming and the rush of kicking hard and gliding forward as fast as I could, was an absolute bodily thrill. Then, I took up on Classical Ballet. I recommend it for anyone who wants to have nice, lean, and sculpted legs. It also helped me get in touch with my feminine side. After that I bought a treadmill (2005) and I was on it ever since.

The payoff is the sweat, endorphins, euphoria, and the gradual transformation of elegant bodylines.
