Always been a fan of lifting and working out but never got into it seriously. Life been rough lately, without going into details i have a hard time finding something I'm proud of or have a sense of accomplishment.

My body seems like the only thing i truly have control over. If anything else fails in my life I at least want to be able to say that I was able to get the physique I always wanted. Tired of feeling like crap and want to make my close ones proud.

It's mindless, all the troubles in the world go away when you lifting weights. It's something that will always be there waiting for you in the gym. Love the feeling of pushing my self to the limit and seeing results.
