Never really consistent in the gym. Then I married a woman completely out of my league. Took a solid year to get comfortable with my workouts. Then I noticed a change in my overall physique. Then nutrition became a passion. Next I had people in my gym asking me for advice and if I was training for a show. My motivation skyrocketed and I contemplated competing. Now my training and nutrition co-exist, evolving and I am constantly researching and expanding my knowledge thanks to BB.com.
It is cheaper than Golf. Well, if you don't count supplements. It is simply a passion to be the best that I can be for me, my wife/family/friends/community, but mostly my daughter. I have always been lean (genetics). I want her to see me living a healthy/active lifestyle to know you can accomplish anything with hard work and dedication. Inspire to inspire others through health/happiness. I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!
Now I am an NPC National Qualified Competitor and hope to become one of the first to earn my IFBB Pro Card in the 35+ Men's Physique.
