I started training for sports when I was about 12 years old. After high school and into college, I stopped competing in sports due to numerous injuries, but I was able to keep training out of my habits. Eventually, my motivation for training dropped and I got to my current state- completely out of shape. I don't like it. This is a new chance for me to be happy with myself again, not out of a desire to compete in sports again, but out of a desire to have a better life.
