Growing up I was always the small one. I was the child that was shy and always kept to myself, all my life i spent pretty much small or being the shortest. My younger days people would pick on me because I didn't speak so much. I spent a lot of time also trying to fit in because I was always on the move with my father being in the military. Working out did come into the picture until i joined my first football team back in 4th grade. That was the day i learned i had talents far beyond I have ever imagined from then on i started working out on and off do to injuries and moving.
I love working out because it relieves My stress through the day, I also love it because it just naturally make me feel good all around. One thing about working out I have the energy to do a lot more things to stay healthy longer to grow mentally and physically is the best feeling. Working out is my therapy and there's so many ways to do it , it can never get old!
