I was not born with great genetics, ectomorph through and through. Ive always had problems gaining weight and keeping it. Ive always been very thin but in shape. I raced motocross for many, many years and played lacrosse and wrestled for my high school. I lifted weights sporadically but never stuck with it. When I went to college I focused on weight training and started training jiu jitsu and MMA. Sustained an injury in 2007 and had to get surgery on my shoulder, after recovery I got back into training and found my love for rock climbing. After graduating and settling into "adult life" Im still trying to find a balance of training and climbing. I train and workout like a mad man. Weight train 3-4 times a week and climb a few times a week for several hours. Im also an avid downhill mountain biker and skiier. Nothing better than getting an adrenaline rush while youre working out.
