When i was 17, my friend said, "lets go to gym, eat well and build body". Nobody in town knew about proper BB,I just thought i would eat just anything and build my body. Every day I went to the gym, got inspired by watching others in the gym and followed what ever I liked and ate everything that's available.
Since my Undergrad days, i was fond of reading biochemistry, especially metabolism- learning how each biomolecular pathway operates. This fascination continues till date. In my 2nd year of PhD, i read a book called Macrobolic nutrition by Gerard Dente, where i learned how the biochemical pathways operate up on action of exercise and hormones. It was an eye opener and I continued reading about human metabolism and exercise related changes in human body. This helped me build my body in a manner where I am more aware of my diet and exercise and has helped instill discipline in not just BB but other interests also.
