Always loved bodybuilding...I started back when I was 16 years old 'cause my brother was into it and he transformed his body.
Then I dropped everything when i reached my 20's and got a lot of bad habits...
Now I'm back, more mature, no bad habits, and I guess this time I'm on the right track!
I'll keep you post it...
I love music, and i love to play guitar, even tho I'm not Slash good, when I pick up my axe, and tunes come out of my fingers the feeling of realization is just something awesome. Same applies for workouts. After I complete a set of biceps, or maybe shoulders, I feel alive!
Besides, I feel stronger in my normal day to day routine, warmer (yeah, a side effect I didn't expect), and it definitely shows!
I have a new physique and I'm committed to improve it everyday!
I can assure you that bodybuilding makes my life complete...I was really missing this part, and as one bodybuilding girl said (sorry don't remember her name but she's on bodybuilding.com too), "we bodybuilders are a rare race"...
Up the Irons!!!
