I first got started in working out when my best buddy brought me to the gym when i was about 15, ever since i have been hooked. Hooked is an understatement, its more like obsessed. But then again, obsessed is used by the lazy, i would say i am dedicated.
-It gives me confidence.......
Great way to vent your frustrations
......Good way of meeting people

.....Everywhere you look in society, there are overweight people left and right. I know that i am in the minority.

After competing in two separate bodybuilding shows, i now know what it takes to to get in the best shape possible. I shed blood, sweated tears, ate only grilled chicken, vegetables, eggs/whites, and oatmeal and i wouldn't have it any other way. There is nothing else that is this true in the world. Every rep, every set, every bite of food, affects how good you look or how crappy you look. The feeling of accomplishment is overwhelming. In a good way, bodybuilding has consumed my life. It has taught me a lot about myself. I never knew how mentally tough i was until i went through my first competition prep.
