April 2011, dunno what happend to me, but i was big, and i was fat ! i had spent time saying ok imma start working out but always found reasons to stop. i was a big time gamer, i wont lie i even played some pro circuits here and there. but my wieght gained had stopped at about 315. i told myself if i ever get to 300+ i would dedicate myelf to weight loss and a healthier life style. so on April 2011, i got up and called my brother in law who works out 4-5 days aweek. and a buddy who is starting to do body buildier comp. with there help for over the last year i have educatated myself. this april 2012 i have begun to feel very comfortable and have begun to lean/slim. i have myself on a meal plan and a really good work out schedule that i have adjusted my life to. as of june 10, 2012 im at 288 pounds ! and about 100 more to go ! i got this, on my FB i call OP Sexy Migz haha.
update -- when i started bodybuilder.com i was 296 not 280 i cant seem to figure out how to change that, i was on my phone and hit the wrong numbers.
i cant say i love it, but i will say i injoy it. its a great stress releaver, and a great way to keep me motivated ! i go 4-5 days a week, and seeing the same faces working as hard or harder then myself gets me pumped and ready for my work out ! but most of all the education from everyone who has taken the time to help has been a great experience !
