Well ive weightlifted for a long time but lacked the intelligence of eating right so i was fat and strong and i just was insecure as hell and i always dieted and never worked and then i found out that diets dont work and all i did was just eat smarter and smaller meals throughout the day and it has worked wonderfully!!!

The feeling. After a tough w/o or a run i get this amazing feeling that i accomplished something and i like that feeling
