I first started working out in Jr. High at a local Nautilus Fitness Center. Although I was reasonably fit through high school and college, I did not have the body I've always aspired to. Then, after getting married, my activity level plummented and my food intake sky rocketed. I soon found myself fat and weak. By 2003 I managed to work that weight off and get back down to around 180 lbs, but over the last 10 years, I have allowed myself to get fat again, twice!! The last time being 2009 when I reached my heaviest at 235 lbs!
Well I've been under 185 lbs now for over 2.5 years and have decided I want the body I've always aspired to. I know if I stick to my plan I can acheive my goal. Proper nutrition and resistance training will be my means to acheive it. Hopefully by the time I turn 45, I will be able to talk about my awesome transformation on this site.
