Finished playing contact sports now after so many injuries its not really a smart idea to continue the injuries have only set me back now time to focus on my heath and physic and get into the best shape of my life And make 2016 my year.

working out gives me time to myself to focus on myself and no one else as well as gives me the tools to improve my physical appearance, cardiovascular health and lets me blow of steam and stress to keep my mind happy and positive.
