I started lifting weights for football early. I had great coaches that encouraged strength and taught the values of staying in shape. I continued lifting purely for strength through football and baseball in high school. I was one of the few that carried this over into college years. I trained for looks mainly until I started playing college rugby as a forward. After 2 years of training for conditioning and knocking the piss out of everyone I hung up the boots and have been working on the magazine body. Now that I've proven my metal in the ability to get shredded...it's time to take it to the next level and put on some serious size! If you have any questions or need encouragement just ask! Because it's hard to do. It's where most people fall short. I'm very competitive and I want to win. There's no satisfaction like winning against yourself. Along with that it allots a better lifestyle and ensures a healthy future without limitations. For these reasons I recently branched out and opened a gym and fitness center in our small town. The people have been incredible thus far, and it's a pleasure to be a part of seeing them change their lifestyles and bodies to form a "better body"!
