Before college I was a couch potato and totally lost in the gym. When I finally got to school I was motivated by the fact I didn't know anyone and joined the gym and started learning more about my body. I was in cheerleading and was a group fitness instructor in college but after school I let work be my excuse not to workout.
Recently I had a miscarriage and am working on becoming as healthy as possible for the next time around.

It makes my body change for the better!!
