Growing up I just never fully got into maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I would start working out awhile, but I would just give it up after a few months. Looking back, the problem was definitely not having a diet in place to support an active lifestyle. My diet has always been pretty bad. I always liked healthy foods, but I would just choose to pig out on unhealthy foods despite being hungry or not. I had a good diet going in 2008 and went down to 200lbs. When life took some rough turns, I returned to my bad habits and picked up worse ones. Earlier this year, I was 275lbs. Got a few harsher wake up calls between some clothes no longer fitting and seeing how I looked in pictures, so I decided enough was enough and that it was time to change. Bit by bit I got the different aspects in place. Cardio, working out, diet, and supplements have become staples in my life. Now, there's definitely no stopping me and I am NEVER going back to the person I used to be.
