I Used to be a Pretty tubby lad, about 165lb 20%bf and most of my mates, especially my best mate were all lean fit and sporty, I loved sports but wasnt ever fit enough to play properly, So started going to the gym, did loads of running and leaning up for about 3-4 months until I was down to 141lbs and 13.5%bf, from that point I wanted to get muscular as I looked skinny, Started lifting weights and havent stopped from then on! Im now at 151lbs and 14.6%bf and Feeling great, Im trying to get back upto 160lbs and remain at a low BF.

Great way for self improvement, you see results faster and You arent proving yourself to anyone, And it is all your own work. Love the atmosphere at the gym and a great place to meet up for an hour and actually do something worthwhile ( no im not one of them lot who go and does nothing).
