I started lifting when I was a teenager , but life happened and I started and stopped for so many different reasons (excuses). My parents were never active and i thought as you get older thats what was suppose to happen.Well I have been feeling tired and fat in my forties . I had reached 216 pounds wearing 38 inch pants, (WOW I CANT BELIEVE I GOT SO OUT OF SHAPE)One day I was watching TV and saw commercial for p90x ordered it and thought I would give it a try. I got discouraged cause I couldnt do a pullup, so I quit. Probably about a year ago I started lifting in my garage because I was very out of shape and I did Les mills pump, I lost about 30 pounds. Now after that I wanted to gain some mass so I did bodybeast program and I gained some size. but I also gained some fat. So here I am now looking to gain muscle and lose fat.
