High School Football and Track & Field originally got me into exercise. I threw shot put and discus in college. I recently took about 18 months off from lifting and competed in my first half marathon. The hunger has grown very strong over the past 18 months to hit the weights hard, so I've decided to do dive back in. I'm fully committed to cutting for the first time in my life, since I put on some body fat through my high-carb runner's diet.

I love the feeling I get when I step into the gym. The rush from an intense workout is unlike any other feeling.
