I've been thin all my life,Even after having a daughter i went back to my normal size pretty quickly , I've always had the mentality that I can eat whatever I want and I wont gain weight, I never worked out regularly it wasn't until after 2 years of dating my Boyfriend Ricky that i began to eat healthier and start working out, Ricky completely transformed his body within the 2 years we have been together he has learned so much and is so knowledgeable he is a great trainer and my biggest inspiration, I began to take more interest in his Healthy living lifestyle, I have been eating a lot cleaner meals and my diet will only get better!You really are what you eat!!
I love the feeling of accomplishment with myself i feel great after completing a great workout, & being soar becuase i know that's a sign of hard work. Working out and getting results has really helped me to love my body and be happy with it.
