I learned about bodybuilding in high school when I signed up for the class. I was extremely weak and only weighed around 150. After taking this class, I noticed a slight transformation in my body and loved it. This is when I began to pick up lifting as a hobby my freshman year in college. I ended up taking breaks on and off up until the past year. However, I have been steady working out almost every week 5-6 days for the past 6 months or so. I plan to remain motivated and continue this healthy lifestyle.
I love to work out as a hobby, and love to better myself as this is where I am able to find happiness. This allows me to relieve stress and maintain confidence as well as a positive self-image and an overall healthy lifestyle. I also love helping others and try to encourage healthy living and proper nutrition as often as possible.
