I guess I always worked out in some way. My Dad was a professional athlete and I played sports from the day I began to walk. I found myself in the gym in my early 20's after a bad car accident which resulted in a broken back.
Why I Love it
With a busy schedule, 3 kids, and lots of demands for my time the gym is where I dedicate time just for me. I can't think of a better way to spend that time!
