I've always been active, from playing soccer to rugby all the way thru college I always found a reason to be fit. Upon college graduation and entrance to the work force, outside of my drive to stay fit for health and for job standards, I had lost my drive. Finding the bodybuilding community has given me the competitive focus I was lacking.

How could you not love creating a better version of yourself?
