I started really working out in 2011 with my best friend that wanted to lose weight while her husband was deployed. We did Insanity 3 times, and I lost some pounds and it was the best I had felt. So I continued being a "cardio queen" for a while. After having my daughter in 2012 is when I started being more interested in weights. I did more training at home, and now I have come out of my shell and been doing more at the gym. I really want to transform myself physically and mentally.
Why I Love it
It's my "me" time, I get to escape from reality. It's my "mental medicine"
