I started working out between 8th grade and freshman year of high school with my older brother. He introduced me to the weight room and got me started. Being as weak as I was at the time, it took a long time for me to build a foundation but I knew weight lifting would be exactly what I needed even though I had been a competitive swimmer and also played soccer.

Nowadays my workouts revolve around martial arts and I will rotate in some weights and supplemental exercises.
