After 4 years of college and 4 years of pizza and beer, I was unhappy with the way I looked and felt. I started out just cutting calories, but wasn't getting the result I wanted. So I hit the gym and became the cardio queen, again without the result I desired. After some research and browsing the forums on bodybuilding.com, I started eating a clean diet and lifting heavy in the gym, and I've never turned back!
Why I Love it
I love the way my body looks and feels from working out and eating clean. I can't imagine living any other way!
