I have always loved working out and being active. My parents raised me eating healthy and showing me the importance of an active healthy life style. After seeing my body change by doing cross fit and heavy weight lifting I decided to set my goals high and sign up for my first bikini competition. My first competition was the Max Muscle Mile High, in Denver, CO. I did not place in this competition but I have learned priceless lessons. I am making it a personal goal to make changes, push myself to reach my full potential and obtain my goals.

I am passionate about maintaining a fit lifestyle because I have the ability to do so. I am very fortunate to be healthy and enjoy the benefits of physical activity. I hope that I can be a form of positive motivation like so many others have been for me.
