have always worked out, swam and did gymnastics as a school boy, then discovered weights when i was a teenager, about the same time that Arnold and Stallone started to hit the big screen, me and all my mates used to train with a weight set and bench i had at home. Have played around with weights for the last 20 odd years, then a couple of years ago decided as the big 40 was approaching that its time to get serious, entered my first natural show this year and now im hooked. Being a father of 3 and just recently a Grandfather i want to be a role model to my children that anything is possible:)

I love to push myself, its all about beating me, no one else matters.
