I started lifting in high school, but was never built until I joined the Army. Years of drinking and over eating has taken a toll on my body. I no longer drink and am watching what I put in my body now. I am starting to walk more, take the stairs instead of the elevator and parking further away from my destination and walking the rest of the way.

I love the swollen feeling, being twice the size I am when I am done working out than when I began. Getting stronger, pushing my limits
