I've been lifting since I was in 7th grade. All i had was a pair of 10lb dumbbells but that still counts. I've always been athletic, lean and interested in fitness. I knew how to workout properly after a few semesters in undergrad but I didnt really have an appropriate diet for my lifting goals until 2009ish. After years of lifting and playing sports I developed too many injuries to stay active and gained a ton of bodyfat. I was able to get rid of most of it and win the $100K Transformation Contest. Why I Love it
I love it because everyone is not cut out for it. It takes a certain level of commitment and will. I love the physical changes and I love strength changes.
