When i graduated high school i weighted in at a measely 135 lbs. I was tired of being small, so i decided to make a change. My older brother had been working out for a couple of years and had some pretty good size to him. I liked the way he looked, so i asked him to show me the ropes. He was an inspiration to me. After only a week of working out i was hooked. I immediately joined the gym and have been training since.
Over the years i have been training consistantly about five days a week. I just love the "pump", the way it makes me feel after a good workout is awesome. After a hard days work it becomes a good stress reliever. I look forward to my workouts, just thinking about them gets me pumped. Working out just keeps me in all around good health, keeps me in shape for other sport activities i like to participate in. When in doubt you will find me in the gym. Gotta love it!
