I've had this profile for over a year now and it was working great for me. I was seeing my results and had the extra drive from this site. I ended up going on a deployment and lost this site, but it didnt stop me from working out. It wasn"t until depression, advancement, and my job asked for more of my time giving me reason to blieve that i should cut back gym time instead of relax time. Lazyness of waking up a little earlier and standing in line a little longer crashed my diet. Coming home with the spoils of being 21 with a little extra cash and getting to see family and friends lead me to believe that i didnt have time for the gym or to watch my diet. All of this wrecked me and i put all the weight i had lost back on. Almost 20 lbs. at the same rate i was losing it.
I forgot how much i loved the challenge and how good it felt to see results from diet and excersize. I think it's time to restart and try this all over again with better results and no excuses.
