I went to school with told me about this sight so i got started right away. it is awesome sight((:*HUGS*<3, well i'm back in to exercising again both of my knees gave out on me this summer. it was hard so i had to take a break to get back into it.around my Knee to lose some weight it starting to build up. i'm doing ok now just taking my time with it mostly my right knee. this time of the holiday's it is hard to stay clean. making bake goods. & doing it proper & Slow & Take my time with get the most of my work out & drinking water. goes along way & I love my hot coffee & Green Tea I love my Yogi Tea Slim Life Style. wish me luck I wish i had a camera to show you i'm on my way to recovery. it helps me be get courage about this site & very excited. & try my very best do push harder. & do alittle better. the PPL made this page are very helpful & they are there for you. they created this site along time & they are awesome. now if i can get my let knee healed so i can bend my knees again. so i can kneel down. everyone keeps telling me i over do it. anothers they don't want me doing them. they say i can eat anything i want well you do that leads to high blood pressure & sugar diabetes & Bad chelesrol. & heart attacts. & Ect. i'm getting stress out prepressure. if i don't eat they do. Next time i get a blood test done i'm getting my 3 more things done that all my family had done. I even change my milk to 1% or Skim. I get yelled at for it. oh the workouts are so awesome & i love those healthy tip weight lifting tips. & PPl Laugh at me because i do the Exercise & i eat right. or they are to lazy to do them. that is why i love this sight. I hope & pray Both my knees heal so i can do the thing i love mostly exercise. I do non aerobics & yoga to keep me stronger. mostly stretch. Thank you bodybuilding.com for be there for me((:*HUGS*<3
