I used to watch WWE Wrestling on TV when I was young. I was impressed immediately with their physique especially by Brock Lesnar in my early teen years and later on by Batista. I loved their body and I wanted to start training without knowing how hard training actually is and how much dedication and sacrifices it involves.
In the beginning I started working out by doing setups and pushups and then as a christmas present I told my parents to purchase a set of dumbells and some weights. They were very sceptical about this idea because they said that I will not contiue training. However I proved them wrong and today I'm addicted to physical training and to the pump I get after each workout. I also purchased more equipment- home gym, bars and a bench- which have helped me to train hard at home.
I can easily say that gym acts as a method how I reduce my everyday stress.
