I took a few weight training classes my sophomore year in high school and I was surprised to see such a change. Slacked off for a few years, then got serious in 2006. Since then I've had small goals here and there, but ultimately just always want to make sure to just keep healthy

Working out is one of my passions. I love it. I hope I can inspire others as others have inspired me and help people reach their goals. I love the feeling I get when anyone I'm helping realizes the amazing changes they've made and get that huge smile of personal satisfaction and accomplishment across their faces.
