I was always skinny growing up. I played alot of sports and was always active doing something. When I started high school I was not able to gain pound. I didn't really have any interest in working out at that point and my rediculous metabolism didnt help. When I graduated high school and had a little more time on my hands I started working out. In college I took a free elective weight training course which taught me alot about training, Slowly but surely I started to see some results. I showed alot of drive in the gym and eventually became friends with a personal trainer who taught me almost all the techniques I use today. Since then I have used everything I know and have learned over the years to push myself more and more. Now I look in the mirror and I am happy with what I see.
It feels good to be in shape and its healthy. Everytime I look in the mirror it gets me more and more motivated to work even harder. I see pictures of myself from years ago and think, how did I ever look like that.
