I grew up being chubby and inactive- my high school year I was just sick of not feeling good about myself and what I see in front of mirror. So I started working out, went a bit crazy and lost too much weight at one point. But working out changed my lifestyle and diet for ever.
Well upfront, it makes me look good. I mean, who doesn't want to look good in their clothes and even naked. People say physical appearance shouldn't count too much but let's be honest :) I like how clothes fit me and compliments my best features as well as I don't have to wear jeans from guys section unlike growing up because I was fat.
Working out also helps my energy level up, gets me motivated to stay healthy, fit and happy. Stress is really big thing in my life that affects me so taking all the stress out during work out especially pumping iron makes me feel great. As a girl, I still deal with my self-esteem everyday; I see problem area every single time when looking at mirror. But more I work out, less I feel insecure about myself and more confident.
