I've been working out since approximately 1978 when I was still in High School. I used to go into the weight room after school and lift by myself usually.. Then after I graduated I joined various gyms over the years.

I just got back into it in full force 1/1/2012 and I am very determined to get my BF < 10%. I've lost 5 to 6% already, but I still have about 11% to go. oh, why I love it.. I feel so good when I'm doing it, and when I'm done my workouts, I am always looking forward to the next one..
