Started to notice myself gaining weight after quitting sports for ~2 years. Decided to join the Air Force so I needed to get back in shape. I want to go into Field Training in great shape so I don't die the first few weeks.

Lifting gives me so much energy and makes me feel great about my body. I love watching my body transform as I grow stronger. Lifting has become a hobby and a passion more than a chore (like it used to be).
