I quit smoking in September 2011 and joined the gym, I didnt want to get more out of shape and fluffy than I already was. My trainer works me as hard as I'm willing to work which is as hard as he wants and now I'm getting ready to do two shows for the first time.My life has changed completely and I couldn't be more happy. Having someone that knows what there talking about, leading you and encouraging you makes all the difference in the world.

I feel great everyday that I workout, to push a little farther each time and make progress is great. I love doing what people don't expect. I feel and look better than I did when I was in my 20's. This is a life style for me now not just a hobby I've learned to much to go back and i love it
