Most of my life was spent being overweight, unmotivated and unhealthy. By the time college came around I knew it was time for a permanent change. Personal motivation, intense dedication and personal goal setting not only transformed me from being severely overweight to extremely healthy, but gave me the confidence and knowledge to help others do the same.
We all have possibilities we don't know a
bout.. to do better, to be better. The greatest waste is the difference between what we are and what we could become. My goal as a Personal Trainer is not just to help people get in shape, but to transform their understanding of life's infinite possibilities. With the right mindset, methods and motivation - anyone can accomplish anything.

I love working out because no matter what happens outside the gym, I know that those last few steps to the gym door, I'm leaving behind everything. The moment I step through those doors it's like I've entered a new dimension; My sanctuary, a place where I can forget about everything and anything and focus on only myself and lifting these heavy ass weights. Nothing else matters when I'm inside, it's just me versus the iron. I work out not for women, but for myself and to create an aura. I work out because I want people to know who I am and remember me and I didn't even have to say 1 word.
