I joined the gym Jan. 1 '97. I had never worked out or set foot in a gym before then. Then one day in the gym, i saw a fitness competitor. (i had never seen a woman with muscle like that before).
I said to myself "i want to look like THAT" and so began my journey. The gym has been a part of my life ever since.

It's allright sometimes. Alot of the time i don't feel like going, but i know it has to be done in order for me to have the body i want
