I'm a Proud Mother to 7 Beautiful childre all single births (no twins).. I have never really worked out other than the occasional yoga or aerobics tapes I threw in the VCR...I finally started to work out in the gym about one month before I found out I was pregnant with Baby 6 back in August 2007.. I continued to work out 3 to 6 days a week up till my 37th week with my last 2 babies... I lost all the weight I gained within 6 weeks post babies... I get asked all the time why I do NOT have any stretch marks on my tummy and though I do use Vitamin E oil and Lanolin at times when itchy, I truly have to thank genetics for that!!..:)..I Love busting my own butt in the gym and envision myself being on the stage in either Bodybuilding or Physique to Keep me motivated!
Why I Love it
Love feeling in control! My only goal on BODYSPACE is to be an Inspiration to all Mothers on here!..We give our bodies to our babies in pregnancy and I want to be an example that we can regain the shape and Improve our bodies after our babies...Confidence and muscles is a sexy combination and who says being a Mother should keep us from being a part of that equation! ;) I make it a priority to reserve a 1-2 hour time slot in my day 5-6 days a week to train..NO EXCUSES!
