My parents were always staying in shape and eating healthy. I was born into this wonderful lifestyle and I am so thankful for it!

I love being goal oriented and consistently improving myself. Being a competitive athlete (Level 10 Gymnast & 2nd Degree Black Belt), I've learned that there is always a step further. Each achievement sets you up to a higher goal.
