I was really overweight. I was 360 pounds out of graduate school. My mum warned me if I did not loose the weight I would have high blood pressure, diabetes heart and joint issues. She saved my life. Lifting one time got me hooked and waiting to look like the guys in MD was my ultimate goal. Plus being Gay being muscular in some gay locations is a plus.

It is me against a weight, there is a discipline, a grace and a quiet to it. Also it makes me look fantastic.
