Well I first started working out at home while I lived in the bay, nothing else to do but smoke up or drink so I began working out. When I moved out on my own I became more serious about it but I was never really serious enough to get the results I really wished I would see. Around last winter my ex and I broke up and after doing some "soul searching" aka stupid stuff, I realized that if I ever expected my life to be the way I wanted it to be I had to stop wishing and start working. Now I don't wish for results I see them. [[[===]]]
I can't think of a reason not to love it. I love the feeling it gives you while your doing it and afterwards. I am also very goal oriented, some people have half a dozen goals in their life, I have a new goal every day of every week, cept Sunday because it's my rest day! Some people never change, I change every week. Life is short, pick something and someone and devote yourself to it and them, devotion it key to success in all aspects of life.
