I have been running for most of my life. I had lifted since 2004 but just for Track. Now I am lifting more to become defined while keeping a feminine figure.
My Freshman year in College I went from 104 lbs to 119lbs. Talk about the real "Freshman 15!" I wasn't performing how I wanted to in Track, so I decided to change my eating habits. I think health is so important, and I just really want to live the best life I can. Nutrition is such a big part to keeping slim and toned. There was two Figure competitions I had done in 2013 and 2014. I really enjoyed it but didn't like that my body had started to lose its petite feminine appearance.
Now, I am trying to stay toned without running so much. Which is a bit of a challenge since I loved eating all the food i could while I ran... but hey I can do it and all my Fans from YouTube are all motivating!!
I get a super High off of pretty much any physical movment. And just being able to see results with in a few days is amazing!
To be energetic and running around like a kid is what makes me extremely happy! When visiting my lil 7yr. old pen pal at his grades school, we got to play recess with them! It was a blast playing tag, and I realized that if only people still knew that growing up doesn't mean you have to stop some of the things that make you happiest as a child.
